Peço firmeza a meu Pai

É se firmar na verdade

Neste estudo muito fino

Se livrar das vaidades

Piso firme com amor

Firme em quem é irmão

Firme sempre na pureza

Da Virgem da Conceição

Perdoando as ofensas

E todas as grosserias

Vou seguindo bem limpinho

Firme na Virgem Maria

É só o que vai valer

Este amor e esta Luz

No abismo está a guerra

No alto está Jesus
