Agradeço ao Divino Espírito Santo

Por sua luz que veio me iluminar

Agradeço ao Papai Sebastião

Por sua mão que veio me levantar

Agradeço a Rainha da floresta

Por este Daime que acabei de tomar

Agradeço a todos Seres Divinos

O sol, a lua e as estrelas, a terra, o vento e o mar

Me livrou de um destino cruel

Me tirou quando o abismo ia tragar

Me entregou ao Senhor São Miguel

Para eu aprender a batalhar

Agora aqui estou nesta floresta

Reunido com todos meus irmãos

Para que, com a espada sagrada e a lança prateada

Eu dominar esse dragão

Se eu não dominar é melhor eu morrer

Do que viver sob as forças do mal

Mas eu vejo um novo alvorecer

Que São Miguel manda lá do astral

Agradeço à minha Mãe Rainha

Por esse amor, e a luz que Vós me dá

Agradeço ao Divino Pai Eterno

A presença dos bons espíritos, Salve Ogum da Beira-mar

I give thanks to the Queen of the Forest

For this Daime that I just have taken

I give thanks to all the Divine Beings

The sun, the moon, the stars, the earth, the wind the sea

Took me from a cruel destiny

Took me away when the abyss could drag me

Delivered me to my Lord St. Micheal

So I may learn how to battle

Now I’m here in this forest

Together with all my brothers and sisters

So that, with a Sacred sword, and a silver lance

I can dominate this dragon

If I don’t dominate then I better die

Than to live under the forces of evil

But I see a new Dawn

That St. Michael sent from the astral

I give thanks to my Mother Queen

For this love and the light you give to me

I give thanks to the Divine Eternal Father
