Cada animal, cada folha

É membro do mesmo ser

No alto vigia a Águia

Nas flores dança o Beija-flor

No chão são tantas criaturas

Herdeiros e frutos do amor

I am a being of the forest

I am a fount of light

I am, I am a messenger

Of the words of my good Jesus

I bring the secrets of the woods

The allies of this power

Each animal, each leaf

Is a member of the same being

On high the Eagle keeps watch

In the flowers dances the Hummingbird

On the ground are so many creatures

Heirs and fruits of love
