A ENTREGA
THE SURRENDER
Eu fiz uma grande viagem
No campo da Soberania
Do alto de um monte
O meu Mestre me dizia:
A existência é o presente
De Deus, o Onipotente
É a escola que nos ensina
O que Ele determina
A floresta, o vento e o mar
Se compõem no mesmo lugar
E a dor em toda carne
A Virgem Mãe é quem vai curar
O Verbo pronunciou,
O cipó, a folha e a água
É Jesus Cristo, o Redentor
O Professor aqui nesta Casa
O copo é a fé,
O líquido é o amor,
Vamos todos comungar
A Santa Luz do Nosso Senhor
A Santa Luz ela te dá
Mais do que tu já pediu,
E o que tu já alcançou,
Com amor tu podes dar
Com a mão direita tu pedes a bênção,
Com a mão esquerda faz continência
Faz do teu pedido uma entrega,
Desta entrega a tua doutrina
Essa doutrina é que sustenta
O Globo mundial,
Vamos todos com humildade
Trabalhar bem no Astral
Vamos todos nós zelar
Essa dádiva da Mãe Divina,
Essa fonte preciosa,
Prateada com prata fina
São João Batista traz a água,
E São Pedro, a pedra de sal,
O Santo Daime é a luz
No Batismo Divinal
Água que limpa é a justiça,
A pedra é o cristal da calma
Te firma nessa aliança,
Vai trabalhar por tua alma
No meio dessa viagem
Fiz o humilde pedido,
Entregar para os meus irmãos
Singelas flores neste hino
O Mestre me autorizou,
Eu agradeço eternamente,
Com as forças do Nosso Pai,
Está fechada a nossa corrente
I made a great journey
In the field of Sovereignty
From the top of a mountain
My Mestre said to me:
Existence is the gift
Of God, the Omnipotent
It is the school that teaches us
What He determines
The forest, the wind and the sea
Are composed in the same place
And the pain in all flesh
The Virgin Mother is the one who will heal
The Word pronounced,
The vine, the leaf and the water
Is Jesus Christ, the Redeemer
The Teacher here in this House
The cup is the faith,
The liquid is the love,
Let us all commune
The Holy Light of Our Lord
The Holy Light gives you
More than you have asked for,
And what you have attained,
With love you can give
With the right hand you ask for the blessing,
With the left hand you make salute
Make of your request a surrender,
From this surrender your doctrine
This doctrine is what sustains
The worldly Globe,
Let us all with humility
Work well in the Astral
Let us all watch over
This gift of the Divine Mother,
This precious fountain,
Silvered with fine silver
Saint John the Baptist brings the water,
And Saint Peter, the stone of salt,
The Santo Daime is the light
In the Divine Baptism
Water that cleanses is the justice,
The stone is the crystal of calm
Steady yourself in this covenant,
Go work for your soul
In the midst of this journey
I made the humble request,
To deliver to my brothers
Simple flowers in this hymn
The Mestre authorized me,
I give thanks eternally,
With the forces of Our Father,
Our chain is closed
refrain, sung twicerefrain, sung three or more times
Hymn 5 of 50.
