Eu vou mostrar para todo mundo ver

Esta verdade, Esta força, Este poder

Estou no céu, Estou na terra, Estou no mar

Quem me procura, nunca Eu ei de faltar

Eu sou a luz do sol Resplandecente

Sou Eu quem dou o Brilho do Luar

Eu sou a lua, do sol a companheira

Minha Beleza os poetas vão cantar

E gira o mundo, continua girando

Sempre girou, e sempre vai girar

Mas tem uns tantos que são cabeçudos

Dão muita volta e não saem do lugar

Eu vou cantando, a minha vida é esta

Só me escuta quem quer escutar

Eu quero ver esse povo bailando

Que nóis só pode mesmo é se alegrar

I will show for all the world to see

This truth, This force, This power

I am in the sky, I am on the earth, I am in the sea

Whoever seeks me, I shall never fail

I am the light of the Resplendent sun

It is I who give the Glow of moonlight

I am the moon, companion of the sun

The poets will sing of my Beauty

And the world turns, it keeps on turning

It always turned, and always will turn

But there are some who are stubborn

They go round and round and never leave their place

I go on singing, this is my life

Only those who want to listen hear me

I want to see these people dancing

For all we can really do is rejoice
