MEDITAÇÃO

Eu declaro a consciência

Porque trago em mim razão

Na ciência de um espírito

Pleno na meditação

Não será em pensamento

Que meu Eu vai se apegar

Me concentro é no Divino

Que dentro de mim está

Estou no corpo, mas, sou a alma

E uso a mente para ser

Trago em mim discernimento

Para eu compreender

Compreendendo a verdade

Em meu Divino Criador

Concentrado na harmonia

Do meu Eu Superior

Recebi este ensino

Agora vou praticar

E publico para todos

Que é preciso meditar

I declare the consciousness

Because I bear reason within me

In the science of a spirit

Full in meditation

It will not be in thought

That my Self will attach itself

I concentrate, it is on the Divine

That within me is

I am in the body, but, I am the soul

And I use the mind to be

I bear within me discernment

For me to understand

Understanding the truth

In my Divine Creator

Concentrated in the harmony

Of my Higher Self

I received this teaching

Now I will practice it

And I make public to all

That it is needed to meditate
