SÃO JOÃO AQUI NA TERRA
SAINT JOHN HERE ON EARTH
São João aqui na Terra
É para se valorizar
E seguir os seus conselhos
Pra parte dele nós ficarmos
São João voltou
Ele encarnou por amor
Reuniu seu povo
Os que nele acreditou
São João aqui na Terra
É para todos acordarem
Que o dia determinado
Não está longe de chegar
Tudo aqui é tão difícil
É só guerra sem parar
O espírito enfraquece
E a matéria é quem padece
São João pede a todos
Só a paz pode salvar
Do destino desastroso
Que a humanidade
Vai entrar
Com o amor e a compreensão
A humildade e o perdão
Tudo volta ao seu lugar
São João vem afirmar
St. John here on the earth
It must be valued
And follow his advice
For us to become part of him
St. John returned
He incarnated for love
He gathered his people
Those who believed in him
St. John here on the earth
It is for all to agree
That the determined day
Is not far away
Everything here is so difficult
It is only endless fighting
The spirit weakens
And the body is who suffers
St. John asks of everyone
Only the Peace can save
From the disastrous fate
That humanity
Is going to enter
With love and understanding
Humility and forgiveness
Everything returns to its place
St. John comes to affirm
refrain, sung twicerefrain, sung three or more times
Hymn 33 of 53.
