WHY WE DRINK THE DAIME

If you ask me why, why we drink the Daime

We drink the Daime

Because the Daime brings the light

The light that illuminates

And the healing that liberates

We drink the Daime

Because the Daime brings the light

The light, the Light that shines the way

We walk the path behind the Master Jesus Christ

We learn to birth the light of Christ within ourselves

Learning what the Master left to teach

Learning from the Master in the tea

We drink the Daime because the Daime brings the light

The light of God that came to shine the way

It’s with God that we drink the Daime

It’s with God that we live our lives

Blessed by the perfume of this flower

Healed by the force of this power

We drink the Daime because the Daime is the light

The light of God that came to shine the way
