THE CHALLENGE

This is the time, it has arrived

To protect yourself

To present yourself

Stand firm stay in your place

To receive the discipline

Cast out all the fear and the doubt

My brothers and sisters this is the time

You must pray each and every day

Give thanks, God’s will be done

Oh Divino Pai Eterno

I give thanks for the comfort and strength

In Santo Daime I affirm my faith

This challenge we must face

We’ll shake but will not fall

Together we’ll stand tall

Jesus Christ, our Lord, our Savior

Protect us through the night

Defend our sovereign right

To worship this our way

Bless the Holy Daime

Bless the Stars — may shine
