Aqui eu vou expor

Eu vim para lembrar

O mistério da oração

Não é somente rezar

É rezar e pôr em prática

E entrar em comunhão

Se lembrar de Jesus Cristo

E esquecer a ilusão

A minha Mãe sempre me olha

E meu Pai comigo está

Me entrega estes ensinos

Para aqui eu explicar

Cada um cuida de si

Eu também cuido de mim

Vou zelando esta estrada

Estou fazendo o meu jardim

O que é do meu Pai é meu

O que é d’Ele eu posso usar

Só não uso o que é dos outros

Que pode me derribar

Here I’m going to reveal

I came to remember

The mystery of prayer

Is not merely to pray

It’s to pray and put this into practice

And enter into communion

To remember Jesus Christ

And forget the illusion

My Mother always watches me

And my Father is with me

He gives me these teachings

For me to explain here

Each one looks after themself

I also look after myself

I’m taking care of this path

I’m making my garden

What belongs to my Father is mine

What is His, I may use

But I don’t use what belongs to others

Because that could bring me down
