CÁLICE SAGRADO

Meu mestre me ensina

Eu vou seguindo

Cantando

Os cânticos sagrados do reino

Do meu rei Salomão

Agora mesmo

Eu descrevi

É este o cálice

Sagrado, dourado, do reino

Do meu rei Salomão

Neste império

Vou me afirmando

Nasci e cresci

Com amor e carinho

Do meu rei São João

Sempre na floresta

Com a nossa Rainha

Ela é a Lua Branca

Rainha do mar

Virgem Maria

My Mestre teaches me

I go on following

Singing

The sacred canticles of the kingdom

Of my King Solomon

Just now

I described

This is the chalice

Sacred, golden, of the kingdom

Of my King Solomon

In this empire

I go on affirming myself

I was born and I grew

With love and tenderness

Of my King São João

Always in the Forest

With our Queen

She is the White Moon

Queen of the sea

Virgin Mary
