E do anjo guardião

E de São João Batista

Que é o pastor da redenção

Luta e confia

Eu sou a luz e o poder

Eu sou a fonte da paz

Se todos me obedecer

É Jesus de Nazaré

E meu senhor São João

Dai-me força e dai-me amor

Dentro do meu coração

Oh! Minha senhora mãe

Mãe de Deus e mãe de nós

Mãe do verbo encarnado

Zelai por todos nós

Dai-me força Oh! Senhor

Para aceitar com serenidade

A todo opressor da vida

Dai-me fé e dai-me coragem

As seis horas da tarde

Quando o Sol vai se pôr

Devo guardar e agradecer

A Deus pai de amor
