SENHOR JESUS CRISTO SOIS LUZ

Senhor Jesus Cristo Sois luz

Senhor Jesus Cristo Sois luz

Dominai meu pensamento

Habitai minha consciência

Sinto em mim Vossa presença

Quero ser Vosso Altar

Eu devo ser a morada da luz

Do Vosso fogo que é o Divino resplendor

O aparelho puro e Santo

Consagrado ao amor

A Deus sobre todas as coisas

Como Vós nos ensinou

Eu Vos ofereço humildemente

Singela casa interior da minha mente

Mora em mim a Santa luz

Eu alcanço o meu perdão

Te recebo em mim Jesus

Sois a nossa salvação

Lord Jesus Christ art light

Lord Jesus Christ art light

Reign over all my thoughts

May You dwell in my conscience

I feel Thy Holy presence

I want to be Thy Altar

I must be the blessed house of the light

Of Thy Fire that’s Divine resplendence

A vessel pure and Holy

Consecrated to the love

Of God above all things

As Thou taught us

With humility I offer Thee here

The simple inner house of my mind

Oh Holy Light, it dwells in me

I attain my forgiveness

I receive Jesus inside me

Thou art our salvation
