VENTO QUE BALANÇA

Vejo vento que balança

Que sopra nossa bandeira

Eu peço força

Esta divina estrela

Peço firmeza a meu Mestre

E o seu saber

Para eu viver neste mundo

E saber me defender

Peço firmeza a São João

E o saber ao Rei Salomão

Consagrado aqui na terra

São chefes desta missão

Recebi este presente

Dado de coração

Da Virgem Mãe

Da Virgem da Conceição

I see the wind that sways

That blows our banner

I ask strength

Of this divine star

I ask firmness of my Mestre

And his knowledge

For me to live in this world

And know how to defend myself

I ask firmness of São João

And knowledge of the King Solomon

Consecrated here on the earth

They are chiefs of this mission

I received this gift

Given from the heart

Of the Virgin Mother

Of the Virgin of the Conception
