Chegamos na festa, eu esmoreci

Meu pai me falava, me dizia assim

Cadê a confiança que tinhas em mim?

Este é o presente

Que eu tenho pra te dar

Nesta linda festa deste centenário

Abrimos o dia, recebemos a luz

Tão limpa e tão pura

O nosso bom Jesus

Fechamos o dia, recebemos a noite

Para ter o descanso e tudo se compor

E lá vem o dia, o dia chegou

É a luz Divina do Pai Criador

This is the present

At this lovely feast of this centenary

We open the day, we receive the light

So clean and so pure

Our good Jesus

We close the day, we receive the night

To have the rest and all to settle

And there comes the day, the day arrived

It is the Divine light of the Father Creator
