O Santo que aqui chega

Vem agora se apresentando

Pra defender cristãos

Do Império de Juramidam

Foi comandante valente

Coroado em muitas batalhas

Mas amava Jesus

Por Ele entregou suas armas

Foi amarrado no louro

Seu corpo com flechas crivado

Foi mais forte que a morte

Voltou depois foi espancado

Ele morreu por Jesus

E renasceu iluminado

Cumpriu sua missão

O jovem São Sebastião

Ele chegou na doutrina

Pra ajuntar a indiarada

Trazendo a magia

E o amor da floresta Encantada

He was a valiant commander

Crowned in many battles

But he loved Jesus

For Him he laid down his arms

He was bound to the laurel tree

His body pierced with arrows

He was stronger than death

He returned, then was beaten

He died for Jesus

And was reborn illumined

He fulfilled his mission

To gather the native peoples
