TRANSFORMAÇÃO

Prepare seu corpo e sua alma

Pois começa a transformação

Não sabe o que é nem o que acontece

Mas já estás com o copo na mão

Relaxe a mente, te acalmes

Não descuides da respiração

O que tu sentires está dentro de ti

Aprenda muito com esta lição

O corpo balança e balança

Isto também é manifestação

Do poder Divino que tu recebeste

É a verdade do teu coração

Perceba a Luz e o Amor

Que acontece dentro do salão

A Mãe da Floresta foi quem enviou

Para tirar-nos da escuridão

Lembre-se de quem eras neste dia

Pois depois não serás igual não

Nunca serás mais a mesma pessoa

Isso faz parte da transformação

Prepare your body and your soul

For the transformation begins

You do not know what it is nor what happens

But already you hold the cup in your hand

Relax the mind, calm yourself

Do not neglect your breathing

What you feel is within you

Learn much from this lesson

The body sways and sways

This too is manifestation

Of the Divine power you received

It is the truth of your heart

Perceive the Light and the Love

That happens within the hall

The Mother of the Forest is the one who sent it

To take us from the darkness

Remember who you were on this day

For afterward you will not be the same

You will never again be the same person

This is part of the transformation
