I. INVITATION
English
- Hymn offered by Sebastião Mota de Melo
A A7 B C# D E F#
I am here, I came to say
I am here, I came to teach
I tell all my brothers and sisters
On a night of Saint John
That we will be transformed
The love of God is Truth
The love of God is harmony
The love of God is nourishment without torment
No suffering exists here in this family
I invite my brothers and sisters
To go to the throne of ivory
I’m saying and all of you should know
That here I’m suffering
But I am not from here
refrain, sung twicerefrain, sung three or more times
