BODY, MIND AND SOUL

To be on this road of transformation

To climb all these mountains of thorns

For me in my quiet desperation

To find the Peace of body, mind, and soul

The rain has stopped,

The clouds are now clearing

Revealing all the beauty on this ground

For me in this great appreciation (illumination)

Embodying the Peace of body, mind, and soul
