BALANÇO DE SÃO JOÃO

Eu estando com o Daime

Eu nunca me canso

Eu estando com ele

Eu entro no balanço

E eu balanço

E eu balanço

Nesta força Divina

Eu nunca me canso

Venho dizer a meu Mestre

Eu estou satisfeito

Pelo meu coração há quarenta anos

Batendo em meu peito

E eu balanço

Coração segue batendo

Com meu São João

Vou alegre vivendo

Being with the Daime

I never grow tired

Being with him

I enter into the swaying

And I sway

And I sway

In this Divine force

I never grow tired

I come to tell my Mestre

I am satisfied

For my heart for forty years

Has been beating in my chest

And I sway

Heart keeps beating

With my São João

I go on living joyfully
