TRONO

Fui ao trono do meu Professor

Lá eu vi tantas maravilhas

Lá Ele me recebeu

Com distintivo do mesmo Senhor

Meu Mestre eu a Vós me apresento

Por Vós sou determinado

Vim apresentar minhas provas

Em nenhuma fui desclassificado

É verdade e é bem verdade

A verdade eu te direi

Estas provas que vem passando

Por elas todas eu passei

Meu Mestre, a Vós eu lhe peço

Por este Cruzeiro Sagrado

Se caso eu merecer

Vós pode me dar o resultado

I went to the throne of my Professor

There I saw so many marvels

There He received me

With the insignia of the same Lord

My Master I present myself to You

By You I am determined

I came to present my proofs

In none was I disqualified

It is Truth and very Truth

The Truth I will tell you

These proofs that keep passing

Through all of them I passed

My Master, I ask You

For this Sacred Crucifix

If I deserve it

You can give me the result
