APRENDENDO A PERMANECER

Reconheço que os limites que percebo, são resultado

De como aprendi a ver o mundo

Na raiz está o medo

Aprendi que a vida é perigosa

E é através do trabalho

Consciente e honesto

Que começo a transformar

Minha percepção

Entendo, está em mim conceber um mundo novo

Comecei a perceber que a vida me sustenta

Que tenho tudo o que preciso

Minha natureza é amor

Que sou amado e sustentado

Eu aprendo a não fugir

Permanecer, presente

Ao que surge, para ver

Com clareza, para ser gentil, encontro espaço neste momento

Em vez de evitar, eu retorno, de novo e de novo

Aprendendo a permanecer

Com a vida como ela é

Até que ela se torne

Minha aliada

Não é minha inimiga

Na vida eu posso confiar

I recognize that the limits that I perceive are the result

Of how I have learned to see the world

At the root there is fear

I learned that life is dangerous

And it is through work

That is conscious and honest

That I begin to transform

My perception

I understand, it is in me to conceive a new world

I begin to perceive that life sustains me

That I have all that I need

My nature is love

That I am loved and supported

I learn not to run away

To remain, present

With what arises, to see

With clarity, to be gentle, I find space in this moment

Instead of avoiding, I return, again and again

Learning to remain

With life as it is

Until it becomes

My ally

Not my enemy

In life I can trust
