Abrandai meu pensamento

Para eu poder escutar

Meditar é disciplina

Todos devem procurar

Não conheço outro caminho

Eu só sei é trabalhar

Vou construindo o meu ninho

Sou passarinho, faço casa para morar

Ouça o que estou dizendo

É preciso acreditar

Que esta força é verdadeira

E recebemos para bem saber usar

A minha verdade é esta

Só tenho que afirmar

Toda hora e todo dia

Que eu sou luz e faço tudo iluminar

Soften my thought

So that I may listen

To meditate is discipline

All must seek it

I know no other path

All I know is to work

I go on building my nest

I am a little bird, I make a house to dwell in

Hear what I am saying

One must believe

That this strength is true

And we receive it to know how to use it well

This is my truth

I have only to affirm

Every hour and every day

That I am light and I make all things shine
