Mas tem uns tantos que são cabeçudos

Dão muita volta, eu não saio do lugar

Eu vou cantando, a minha vida é esta

Só me escuta quem quer escutar

Eu quero ver este povo bailando

Que nós só pode mesmo é se alegrar

My beauty the poets will sing

But there are some who are stubborn

They go round and round, I never leave my place

I go on singing, this is my life

Only those who wish to listen hear me

I want to see these people dancing

For all we can truly do is rejoice
