EU PEÇO A MEU PAI

Eu peço a meu Pai

Eu peço a minha Mãe

Eu peço a Jesus Cristo

O Senhor da criação

Vou seguindo, vou seguindo

Junto com meu São João

Vou seguindo com carinho

Com minha espada na mão

Esta espada quem me deu

Foi meu Senhor São João

Ter firmeza e ter amor

E gravar Deus no coração

Do meu Pai sou instrumento

Para trabalhar com perfeição

Neste campo de batalha

Com amor no coração

A meu Pai eu agradeço

Por esta compreensão

Dai-me fé nesta Bandeira

Oh! meu Senhor São João

I’m asking of my Father

And I also ask my Mother

I ‘m asking Jesus Christ

Lord of the creation

I will follow, I will follow

Together with my St. John

I will follow with affection

With my sword in my hand

Who has given me this sword

It was my Lord St. John

To have firmness, to have love

And to engrave God in your heart

I’m an instrument of my Father

To labor with perfection

In this field of battle

With love within my heart

My Father I am thankful

For this understanding

Give me faith in this banner

O my Lord St. John
