BANDEIRA DE SÃO JOÃO

Meu Pai eu Lhe pedi

Sei que Vós tem prá me dar

Me dê fé e coragem

Para eu poder caminhar

Firma o teu pensamento

E vem na minha direção

Não escuta, nem te importa

Com conversa de irmão

Meu Senhor São João

Vós é o dono do amor

Eu quero seguir com Vós

Aqui na terra aonde estou

Vós bem nos avisou

E levantou Vossa Bandeira

Vamos todos nos louvar

A esta linda Bandeira

A iluminária desta Bandeira

Se encontra aqui neste salão

São as quatro estrelas

Da bandeira de São João

My Father I asked You

I know You have what I need

Give me faith and courage

So I can walk this path

Now firm up your thoughts

And come along with me

Don’t listen, it’s not important

To talk with your brothers and sisters

O my Lord St. John

You are the source of love

I want to go with You

Where I am, here on the Earth

You warned us very clearly

And raised up Your flag

We will all give praise

To this lovely flag

One finds here, in this shrine

The illumination of this flag

There are the four stars

Of the banner of St. John
