A CORRENTE

A corrente está formada

Com os laços do amor

A firmeza e a verdade

Jesus Cristo quem mandou

As irmãs à minha frente

Se firmarem nessa linha

Todas devem ter em mente

Representam a Rainha

Meus irmãos e companheiros

Desse lado do mistério

Sois jagubes estendidos

Nas fronteiras do Império

Irmãozinhos, irmãzinhas

Moços, moças todos vós

Sois os elos da corrente

Fecham o ciclo entre nós

É um círculo fechado

Dele emana toda a luz

No seu centro há um Cruzeiro

Do retorno de Jesus

O retorno de Jesus

Abrirá as portas do coração

Dos irmãos que se compreenderem

E juntos pedirem perdão

The current is formed

With the bonds of love

Firmness and truth

Jesus Christ is the one who commanded it

The sisters before me

If they stand firm in this line

They must all bear in mind

They represent the Queen

My brothers and companions

On this side of the mystery

You are jagubes stretched out

On the frontiers of the Empire

Little brothers, little sisters

Young men, young women, all of you

You are the links of the current

Closing the cycle among us

It is a closed circle

From it emanates all the light

At its center there is a Cruzeiro

Of the return of Jesus

The return of Jesus

Will open the doors of the heart

Of the brothers who understand one another

And together ask forgiveness
