VIVA O NOSSO FESTIVAL

Viva o nosso Festival

Aqui na terra aonde está

Viva o sol lá na altura

Eternamente a brilhar

Viva a noite de São João

E toda festa junina

Viva a lua prateada

Viva a nossa Mãe Divina

Viva a luz resplandecente

Que a tudo resplandece

Viva a luz fosforescente

Em todo Globo terrestre

Viva our Festival

Here on Earth where it is

Viva the Sun there in the heights

Eternally shining

Viva the night of Saint John

And the whole June festival

Viva the silvery Moon

Viva our Divine Mother

Viva the resplendent light

That makes everything shine brightly

Viva the phosphorescent light

In the whole terrestrial globe
