O JARDIM DA VIRGEN MARIA
GARDEN OF VIRGIN MARY
A Dm Em
Quando eu olho para a natureza
Meu coração se conforma
Em ver tanta criatura
E cada um vivendo de sua forma
Sempre olho para o firmamento
E vejo um grande poder
E eu sou pequeno aqui na terra
Peço força para compreender
Sempre olho para a humanidade
A multidão me desperta
E dai-me firmeza e amor
Concentrado, em harmonia
Considero este reinado
O jardim da Virgem Maria
When I look at Nature
My heart is conformed
In seeing so many creatures
And each one living in its own way
I always look at the firmament
And see a great power
And I am so little here on the Earth
I ask for strength to understand
I always look at humanity
The multitude awakens me
In seeing so many creatures
And all have to follow in the right direction
I see all the animals
Each one composed in its place
Here in this garden
Everything must live
I look at the forest
I see such immensity
For to see oneself it is necessary
To have God in one’s heart
I see all the insects
Each one with its destiny
With this life proves to us
That a Divine Creator exists
Everything exists on the Earth and in the sea
And in this light that covers us
The mystery of this secret
By meditating, one discovers it
Everything, everything can be seen
As far as one’s vision extends
Here in this garden of love
Of the Queen of Hope
And give me firmness and love
Concentrated, in harmony
I consider this kingdom
The garden of the Virgin Mary
