⍟141. DREAM OF A HUMMINGBIRD

I was dreaming, wandering
When a divine voice called
Come here, where I am,
Cradle yourself in this understanding
Come here, from where you are,
To founder in this river of love
I woke on a beautiful morning
The sun was shining deep inside of me
I cried, with emotion,
I understood how happy I was,
The sea wished to stir,
But I engraved it all in my heart ⇒I opened my eyes wide and thought
I wished to hold this moment forever
I did and forced it so much,
That I lost this connection,
And the flower, of love,
Dissolved within the illusion
I was thus lost at sea
With doubt and fear lurking
It was then, the hummingbird,
Kindled hope in my being,
And it flew, and remembered,
It went to land in the presence of God
