She entered the doctrine as a child, around the time the hymnal held three hymns — Lua Branca, Tuperci and Ripi — and was raised in Mestre Irineu's house. He gave her the rank Taió Ciris Midam and put the hinários in her charge.

She wrote down and corrected the early hymns as they were received, which is the reason they exist as texts at all, and she is credited with creating the role of the puxadora, the woman who leads the singing. She supported CEFLURIS when it was formed and left three years later, with others who did not accept further changes to the ritual.
